Please do check out the video I think ive made some decent improvements in 6 months for not having any kind of coaching other then this place so thanks to any body out their that has given me advice and i plan to continue listening to people and hopefully get better.

you actually have made some pretty good progress... much better... try to work on your lateral head movement a little more... you keep your hands up pretty well and move a little but you'll need more movement... also, try to incorporate a little more body work into your combos (i know its hard with a light bag like that) but think something on the lines of how marquez works the left to body ALL the time... its pretty effective....

I'm no expert by any means but you should get a heavier bag that does no swing around so wildly if you want to work on form. Start with a stationary target and work on stepping in with your punches and the BASICS before working on anything else. Just my opinion, if it helps good, if not, ok too. I'd try to find a gym or look at the links others have posted for you. I don't really have access to a gym either so don't really sweat it but if want to be a boxer, you'll def need a professional to teach you.
