        hahahahahahahahaha I used to love sparing guys like this. good fun! I just used to belly laugh during. I dont box anymore and got a little out of shape but I might just post a vid of myself on a bag, to show these young ones how its done hehehehe

                  I try to do my best to work on my technique of my punches when hitting the bag.

                  Ill do 4-5 rounds of pure technique and the last 2 on speed and power both.

                  But I really like the Technique rounds because it actually makes me extend and work on perfecting my punches for whenever I spar or fight.

                  Sort of like how Cotto hits the bag, except am still a bit behind...lol.
