Please do check out the video I think ive made some decent improvements in 6 months for not having any kind of coaching other then this place so thanks to any body out their that has given me advice and i plan to continue listening to people and hopefully get better.

You made nice progress man. Your technique is much better, and you are snapping your punches nicely. Just remember that chin down doesn't mean arched back.

hahaha! i was thinking that the way he was hitting it in the first few seconds that the bag must have weighed 600 pounds...but man...the form on all of you guys is alllllllllll wrong...get some boxing basics done right...work the jab first before you even learn to throw hooks...work up a strong jab and step up your footwork to understand your range...then you can flow into hooks and body shots...

might i suggest jumping rope to get a bit lighter on your feet...****...even learning how to dance can help you...

really man, a bag isn't made for the size of the guy hitting it. if you got a small bag, your working on the technique of your punching, foot work and range.

if your working on a bigger bag, your working on developing power.

while my form ain't what it used to be, i know how to hit a bag, i know how to punch.

I've been in the gym since 13. my main problem (which you did mention is ) i'm no longer light on my feet, also i just don't have wind anymore.

my first fight i was a lightweight, in my last (about 5 years ago.) i was 178. these days i'm 240 (down from 270) at 5'7" i'm just not gonna be light footed.

i see some things i'm doing wrong but i'm getting back to it after years away.

there is no way, however, you can tell me i need training in basics. i know what i'm doing cause i put the work in years ago.

He was being an ****** to some one else and i was like hey man thats great that you can be an ****** and state your opinion while your at it but you should really go beyond attacking some ones character and actually make a point when you state your opinion you know explain your opinion. then he said something like im not his dad and blah blah blah. so im guessing hes not much older then 10 if that and hasnt quite grasped the concept of backing up an opinion intelligently. though im sure in 10 or 11 years he will probably be dead from a drug over dose or drunk driving so i guess at least there's that to look forward to.

I guess you're used to being an superhero from your countless hours online playing RPG's, that you feel the need to defend helpless grownups.
