    Are you saying that pull ups are equivilent to lifting weights? Because they will not have the effect of making you slow like weights do.

      No You read it without being able to hear me say it.

      He said no push weights... and If i must lift weight...to only do pull weights.. like with a cable or rowing...

      and thats only if I want to add something to my pull-ups and push-ups. which i do at an insane amount at a time.

        Lifting weights will not make you slow. Please do some actual research before you spout off misinformation from the Stone Age of exercise physiology.

        I swear to God, anyone who actually understands exercise and nutrition, if he became a boxing trainer, would be a millionaire. Maybe I'm in the wrong line of work.

          Exactly but then people wouldn't get dissapointed and buy another product though. Personally I no longer care what other people do, if they want to train in-efficiently and not do any research thats their own problem.

            hey give me some tips on weightlifting when ya can... i definitely wouldn't mind reading .... knowledge is a big part that i think i am missing.. im done working on my look....... for now atleast.

                    Yes it has and is still going.. my conditioning coach is a genius... I can't wait to showcase ma next Vid with pads and some of my fights.

                      Yeah man pullups and pushups are great. About how many do you do a week?
