165 is where I'm going back too..
I've have to be like 179 to fight 200 pounders... and it would stop at 201 i think..
anything past 201 is heavyweight

And he also said if I do end up lifting.*(which I wont)* To just do pull motions.. no push.. And If i must do a push to do push-ups or use free weights with very quick motions.
To get way I look ya have to do loads of push-ups and tons of pull-ups.. I do some everytime I cross a bar... and i have one hanging in my bathroom door way that i can take off in less than 2 seconds.. no nails or latches.

how comes your traininer said no push with weights then?? or didn't he tell you why? you got your diet sorted then to come back down to 165lbs

And he said no push weights because he's going to be increasing my speed after I get all his drills down and those will only slow me down.
He said pull weights only if anything besides push-ups and pull-ups.
