        Yea well my new trainers are changing things up..

        I guess I have to join the dieting boxers now.. It started today.

        Lets see how I hold up lol... Hopefully I can see changes in the look of my body for the better.. like more cut and build...

        It feels really good to have 2 trainers concentrating on my fitness and ability.

        they are going to put me through an strentgh evaluation this week.

          yo how long did it take u to upload this to youtube, mine been uploadin for 2hrs now and its only 2mins long... and i have cable modem

                    Hmm well I started it at night b4 i went to sleep and in the morning b4 work it was done.. and thas like 6 oclock.

                      Thanx Man I'm gonna be trying hard.. and on June 17th hopefully have a Good vid to make.


                      Theres a fight 2 weeks from now... I might take this one.. or the next after for a warm up of the new stuff my trainer has been teaching me.
