First gym He said we will go to is Buddy McGirt's.. like 2 weeks or sumthin he was tellin me.
His girlfriend is in the hospital at the moment but he still makes time to train me.. Thats Loyal and my past trainers have left me hangin for fottball games.
So You can see how that would affect my decision also.. Feel me.

Sounds good man. Technique is definitely an area you should concetrate on. Not saying that you're bad, just that your physique is good, so you can afford to concentrate on technical stuff.

Impressive. Agreeing with PD, though: if I had your physique I'd spend more time fine-tuning, and I mean FINE-tuning, my ring skills.
Of course, if I had your physique, I wouldn't need ring skills; I'd win all my matches by walkover.

but i've added about 4 pounds muscle moving up to 178... Thing is my new trainer wants me back down at 165...
So I should be ridiculously cut if i get down to 165 again.
He says just eat right and train hard and if it comes off it comes off.. So We'll see where i go.

Talking of putting on fat, i was meant to fight this Thursday but i'm too heavy down to my own eating.. I'll be honest.. i let it slip.. had a week and half of enjoying myself after my last bout and enjoyed myself a little to much. Put on a good 4lbs of excess weight I didn't need.
Combined with this cold I got. Thursday is now off.
On the diet now.
