I agree with everyone on me not bending my knees causing my balance and pivoting to look sloppy...
But I've also stated before in the VERY FIRST post for all you people that jus watched without reading that my ****ing RIBS are ****ed. and if you know mechanics you understand that **** gets ****ed if you can turn your punches fully over or bend your torso too much.

Yeah I know bout rib injuries,I had some during wrestling.But ive learned not to make excuses while posting things now,cause there still going to see past it. u look alright though.I would like to see some spars though.

mayne i can't wait to get sonme spars up... I was thinking of going to Sports authority and just buying a Rib protector? I wonder how thick they are though.....?

nothings is going to protect u,if the dude can punch hard,I would ice them alot.It took me a few years to let mine heal on its own.
Don't try to go in premature. Just don't. You'll regret it. The second time someone cracks them is MUCH worse than the first. At least it was for me. I still feel it sometimes, and this was 6 years ago!
wow guys... Well I'm goin to this chiro they say is good for rib injuries.. He can reportedly heal bruised ribs quickly .. a few boxers from the gym or pointing me at em..45 dollars for the walk in first day... Hopefully it works for me.. but they are real happy so it seems legit.
