you one of the most condition people in the website so no problem with that.

Try to put you left hand forward from time to time so that to make a spacing between you and you opponent. What weight class and hieght are you ? If you tall that will be a total advantage for you and you could easily kick many short guys ass like that

another thing you sometimes tend to lower you right hand off the chin and that is a no no because anytime you will be dealing with a guy that could punch you and the fight is ended.

another thing try when jabbing to move in and then go out and when you hit a combo try going sideways so you oppenet cant hit you and you will be in his blindspot preparing and powershot as a present to KO him. use you footwork more.

I'm fighting at 165... super middle weight...yea when i wear those gloves i sometimes drop the right a lil when I get tired... i train 3 rounds after using the gloves just so it won't become a habit...

Yea yea my pivots and footworks suck.. can't move that good until i heal up... ribs are the worse thing to hurt in boxing.. besides your hand i think.

2 am's which were sanctinoed in jersey until one trainer remembered me from my smoker fights which are un-sanctioned fights where you don't have to register and the weight difference can be up to 10 pounds something like a Tough Man Contest (Heard of that?) - which i've had 23 of so my book was is basically not valid besides my 2 sanctioned Am's.

You can box in the smoker fights but that doesn't mean your going against a boxer. some people are just off the street. all you need is a trainer and few dollars.

                    Florida now to start new...

                    have you fought?

88 am fights. 8 years (Edit: make that 7, now that I think about it..) of coaching experience since then. I've had a few U19 European championships contestants, and a bunch off national champs (Denmark, which isn't saying much... ).
