    Heres a lil shadow boxing.... My ribs are still bruised so the hooks and pivots are a lil sloppy...uppercuts real short but anyway lemme know wha ya think about it. (goin to the chiro on Wed to get em fixed up)

            You don't get full extension on your straight punches, and your leverage needs a little work. Also, you pivot to your left too much, looks like a bad habit. It's gonna set you up for a right cross/hook, if you do it that way, without rolling. Especially since you always do it AFTER you've punched. Rolling to your left is better used to slip the other guys punches, to get in range and counter him. You should definitely work on moving to your right after punching.

            You need a lot of work, but overall not bad.

            Edit: Your balance on your feet isn't all that good. You should put in a lot of work on your footwork. A lot of work...

              THANX.... I See what you mean on my entending but I am also pulling my punches......The push off to my right just hurts the ribs a lil more than the left so i jus said **** it... but regardless the way i train is the way I would fight so thanx... i'll definately keep that in mind.

                Looking better than me anyway!! Lol but anyway. I'm not a trainer and really don't know what to say apart from it looks good!! Do you own that court you were training in?? Are you rich?? Can i come and live with you in America??
