DAZN aren't innovators. Showtime has been live streaming their content longer than DAZN and with a lot less problems, and way more subscribers. NFL ticket has been lived streamed on Direct TV. What is DAZN doing that's innovative?

This is way easier said than done. Even the right fights lose money. We see that with GBP financials. They make some right fights and still lost money and Canelo was responsible for 90% of the revenue. If it were that simple then their would be a lot more players at the top instead of the 2 or 3 we have. And getting into boxing isn't cheap. The barrier for entry is low but it's not cheap.

So you've seen HBO, PBC, TR, GBP, Eddie Hearn, and DAZN attempt this and it has never worked yet you still think this is possible? Boxing is to unorganized with to make independent moving pieces looking out for their own best interest to make this happen. Without government intervention boxing will never be centralized

        Canelo/GGG did 1.3, not Canelo/Chavez

This is what I been saying all this time. Charlo, Golovkin, Andrade need to get out of that tomato basil sup diet and fight each other before they become irrelevant in the game.

Where did I say they were??? Like I said Fight Pass is the champion of innovation with streaming so far.

But the bigger point of what I'm saying is whoever is the innovator in the streaming sphere is gonna be the winner. Streaming content allows for customization of content. Whoever is the streaming content provider who requires a new type of remote control to be invented is gonna be the one of among the ones running sh^t in 10-15 years.

And getting into boxing isn't cheap. The barrier for entry is low but it's not cheap.
Compared to other sports capable of equal or bigger audiences it is.

Don't even know wtf you are talking about here. I'm not saying anyone is gonna do anything to fix boxing. Boxing gots to fix boxing...somehow. Or someone will have to own enough of it that they can invent their own third party title makers & cut out a lot of the bs there. Thats dreamland sh^t doe. Thats nothing DAZN or HBO or whoever wanted to fix or want to fix now. Or at least thats the way it seems to me currently. I think HBO, PBC & DAZN & whoever else ultimately just wants to make fights & they got a quid pro quo relationship with the ABC groups + commissions that they are happy enough with.

As fans I feel this is a problem for us, but I don't think anyone in the business of boxing realllllllly cares all that much. Its a necessary evil for them to have to work with these sketchy groups.

Even biased Mexicans didn't have Khan only winning one round.

You and that judge are the only ones on the planet that must have had that scorecard, DirtKing!

the one fact we do know.....

nothing in Canelo's contract binds him to a trilogy fight with Golovkin
                //krikya360.com/canelo-n...rilogy--138326

that means..... that neither Skipper, nor anyone else not-named Canelo..... has the final say on his opponent selection

there will be no stand-off with DAZN

the very worst possible scenario for DAZN..... is that they will have to approve a good/very good, opponent for Canelo..... who is not-named Golovkin

then DAZN will have to approve Golovkin's next opponent

                which will be hilarious
If DAZN has to approve Canelo's next fight then they DO have control over who he fights next.

they will obviously " approve " whoever Canelo selects

it's not like he will select Steve Rolls or anything

no, wait..... they " approved " Steve Rolls LMAO

the worst case scenario for DAZN..... is that they are forced to accept a good opponent for Canelo, who is not-named Golovkin..... which, they will do quickly and quietly

Canelo will simply fight whoever he wants

Canelo will duck GGG to fight Munguia at 160 with no catchweight and DAZN will lose more money. Not. DAZN will force the GGG fight because it's the only big fight for Canelo. If Jacobs was a flop, anyone else besides GGG will be even more of a flop.

DAZN cannot force Canelo to do anything you dumb kid

no fighter was EVER ****** enough to sign away the right to select his own opponents..... let alone a superstar

                      stop that rubbish

                      this is your future.....

                      1) Canelo will select an opponent not-named Golovkin

                      2) Golovkin will then select his next opponent

                      3) we will then spend the next 3 months laughing at you and Golovkin
