        I'll spell it out for you .. unless you believe that GGG is on the same level as Hagler, there is no reason for criticising GGG/Brook and Hagler/Leonard comparisons on the basis of Brook not being on the same level as Leonard.

            My bad, I should have made the point that neither fighter is on the same level as Leonard/Hagler! Honestly I think GGG is a lot closer to Hagler than Brook is to Leonard. The only problem for GGG is that he can't get those kinds of fights (Duran, Hearns, and Leonard). That's not his fault. I don't know why Brook couldn't fight better competition than Jo Jo Dan, Frankie Gavin, and Kevin Bizier?

                WBA has Avanesyan as #1 and interim champ, it's true.
                WBA ordered Thurman the fight him and the negotiations had to be cocluded on Aug 15 -- after that they had to go for the purse bid... I don't know what happened next.
