    It was an article on this very website, on Apr 24, 2016, which reads:
    "WBA: If No Golovkin-Canelo, We Will Order GGG-Danny Jacobs"
    //krikya360.com/wba-if-no...jacobs--103815

    ... and also:

    WTF, lad???

    Motorcity Cobra dear: are you just another troll kid here? Do your homework (it isn't so difficult)...

    WBA Mendoza made this announcement above on Apr 24, 2016. Canelo fought on May 7, then he vacated no later than May 18 and his WBC mandatory GGG fight fell through... Eubank Jr. called out GGG on Jun 25, 2016...
    ... So: WBA Mendoza had a more than one month window to "order" Golovkin vs Jacobs... WTF, lad?

      Yet the WBA was so sickened by this fight they turned down 210k.

        No, even after Canelo vacated Golden Boy claimed they were still in negotiations for a couple weeks.

          I'm so tired of people trying to compare this fight to Leonard vs. Hagler! Brook's resume @ 147 is nowhere near the level of a Sugar Ray Leonard! To put Brook in the same sentence as Sugar Ray Leonard and Roberto Duran is blasphemy!!!

            When they didn't order the fight they didn't expect him to fight a welterweight. If he'd contact them before they negotiated the Brook fight they wouldve said no and ordered the Jacobs fight.

              Yes they still suppose to have a mando for they belt no matter how crappy the opponent is, they need to just get rid of they own rankings and all belts compose a top 15

                Honestly these guys have no dignity, they'll say anything to justify Golovkin cherry picking.

                  I totally agree with you! The WBA had a window where neither Jacobs nor GGG had an opponent and they should have ordered the fight!

                    Non-existent back when?
                    Firstly, Gilberto Mendoza wouldn't have sanctioned the fight if we take into account his recent comments.
                    Secondly 154 has been about since the 60-70's.

                      If I'm Thurman, I don't have time for Avanesyan, and I would vacate the title ASAP in order to fight Garcia, Pacquiao, or Vargas! I might vacate just to fight Porter, Crawford, Spence Jr., Bradley, or Broner!
