So I'm not sure why you're complaining about the black fighter ducking when it was actually the white woman that walked away?
You walk away when people waste your time.

You were the clown bragging about how Haymon Wouod make this fight in your other thread.

    Wilder wasted povetkins time.
    Stevenson wasting Kov's time.
Jacobs wants to wait to fight GGG for some unknown reason.

Same **** with these black Haymon fighters always, Excuses and wasting everynes time, over and over.

Michel wasn't demanding that SHO be involved; he just wanted to see if the broadcaster, who backed Stevenson, could still get a piece of the biggest fight that Adonis Stevenson is likely to have.
I understand that. But Gym is Stevenson's promoter, and Michel's job is to look after Stevenson's interests, not Showtime's.

So again, if Stevenson wanted the fight - and it seems like he did - and Duva made him a fair offer, then why mess it up by trying to get Showtime involved?

Could that have been Al Haymon's input, I'm wondering?

They know that deal with structure for HBO to get there' certain profit. bringing in showtime what only cut HBO's profit and add nothing to the pie. It's a one off fight there is no reason to bring showtime in. They had a good relationship with HBO to and I don't see them trying to include HBO in their other deals. They could just do this fight on HBO and then win or lose go back to showtime or PBC

To me that says They never really wanted to fight or just didn't like the deal
Guarantees more buys only being on HBO ppv the network basically getting lions share of money Stevenson wants to max his profit he bringing in and kov should feel same way

They were doing that thing that black people do when they act like they want to fight, but never intend to.

Eleider Alvarez is the WBC mandatory, make that fight for Stevenson. I doubt he wins.

Not sure how that mandatory isn't due for 6 months considering Stevenson hasn't had a mandatory since November 2013.
Stevenson vs Alvarez is a decent fight in Canada.

Jake Donovan exposed his biases in this article. As soon as I read that Kovalev's HBO contract prevented him from participating in the purse bid, I immediately stopped reading the article. Everyone knows that the Mohammedi fight was Kovalev's last fight in his HBO contract. He was a contractual free agent when the WBC called for the purse bid. Main Events decided to duck the purse bid and instead signed a new contract with HBO instead of making the Stevenson-Kovalev fight on PBC first.

Jake Donovan is better than this, but unfortunately he exposed himself as a stooge in this article.

Neither side will allow their fighter to fight on a rival network. Stevenson only has a year or so left in his career surely so hopefully this time next year we are talking unification fights with someone else. Just remember this, Stevenson left Duva & HBO to AVOID a fight with Kovalev so he could cash in with Haymon fighting the likes of Karpency. That's how it is.
