No way would GGG have fought Froch in the UK for 500k. Why would he even consider doing that, when he was making as much fighting MW's in the USA?

Whatever, HBO told both GGG and Ward that they would not put up the money for a fight between them until it became ppv worthy.

NEITHER of them wanted to do it for free, so stop blaming GGG because it didn't happen.

the *******s stuck around...god knows they need to just go
Its the double-standards that get to me.

      The same with the catchweights.

        I dont understand this ?

And pretty much the same fanbase did the exact same thing with Pacquiao.

I dont get that at all.

Ward is of course aware that there's this disgruntled group of GGG haters that took it upon themselves in assuming he wants the fight. So now Ward is forced to lie and pretend that he does want GGG.

Lesson to be learned here is check with the boxer first before making these ****** assumptions. You can't just throw a guy into a fight he's reluctant to make.

          Hope that helps.
Ward is not interested = That's the spin .
          You've clearly gone Hollywood .
Give me a moment as I re-watch Charlotte's Webb to search for your name in the credits .

Take your time..... I will wait for you to dig out your other set of convenient revolving double-standards, before you reply.
No double standards needed. Just something you don't seem to possess - the ability to think rationally.

GGG and Ward are in different divisions.

Cotto holds a title in the same division as GGG, and GGG is his mandatory challenger.

            See the difference?

If GGG had moved up to 168 for, eg, Abraham, and won the WBO SMW title from him, I would definitely not support him if he asked for a catchweight to defend it against any SMW, including Ward.

I agree with you regarding Wards inactivity, but that has no bearing on Golovkins unwillingness to fight him, or on Wards marketablility.

Wards inactivity would benefit Golovkin, it cant be used as an excuse.

There is tonnes of interest in a Ward/Golovkin fight, just not from Golovkin.

You ******, ignorant excuse for a human being. In case you didn't notice it, Golovkin IS one of the little guys. He comes in the ring on fight night weighing less than Canelo does. If there is anyone who is focussed on fighting the 'little guy' it's WARD. He is the one who is chasing after a smaller fighter from a division lower than his own, actually TWO divisions lower at the moment.

How can anyone support Ward and not be embarrassed to admit it?

I never get these types of posts. They defended and supported Floyd for everything he did, but when it's done by others they're the first to say, "this is foul!" It's like saying, "I should be he only one to defend hateful things."

                    NOT the same fan base.

I know you and your buddies are only trolling GGG because, in your strange twisted minds, Golovkin/Ward is a manifestation of the eternal struggle between the forces of light and darkness - aka Manny and Floyd - but not everybody thinks the way you do. Thank God.

It's over now. Let it go and move on.

Ward fights in the same division as Froch/Chavez.

And no, the Froch/Chavez money does not excuse Golovkin for ducking Ward.

Golovkin needs credibility, and beating Ward would be a financial windfall as it would establish Gennady as a genuine elite fighter.

                      No, I dont.

I see you using money as an excuse for GGG to duck Ward, but then I see you completely forgetting about the money when discussing Cotto/GGG.

And I see you using that " a-side " bullshht to justify the 164lb catchweight demand for Ward, but then I see you insisting that the " a-side " Cotto has to fight at 160.

Those are the shameful double-standards that I referred to earlier.

Like Pac did to Cotto at 145..... ooops, I mean 147 ?

And, like Pac also did to Cotto at 150..... ooops I mean 154 ?

                      gogogo those cool revolving double-standards.

Come on man, they spouted that " anyone from 154-168 " schtick for years..... and they were happy to fight Froch/Chavez..... keep it real.

Chill anyway, Ward will move on.
