Says USADA which has lied in the past. Its simple math. WADA requires 7% body weight dehydration for an IV to be administered and a TUE granted. Any evidence Floyd was 11lbs down?

Did the LA Federal Prosecutor really have rock solid cause when the went after Armstrong? No he had a *****ed up cause that Armstrong defrauded the postal service. The cause here with USADA being granted approximately $10M annually from the federal government to implement WADA rules and protocols is far stronger than anything we have seen the feds use in the past to go after cheaters.

You didn't point out anything. The Retroactive TUE was legal and within WADA rules. Mayweather was in compliance. Those are the facts.
