With Manny, it was reported that a request by the NSAC was made to the attorney general to have an investigation into the matter. I can prove that this took place against Manny.

This was NOT done for Floyd. No request, no investigation. If someone can prove me wrong, lets see the evidence.

Which only proves that manny only has power over lesser fighters.
Manny can make a request to have the matter investigated. But he seems more comfortable wearing excuses on his pumpkin head than getting the facts.

Manny's crack team should have hired top litigators, and investigators to bring legal action forward. His team knows how to sue, they did it when they had a real actionable issue!

Whoever says that Manny was on PEDs and then was no longer on PEDs always come up with conflicting dates of when that happened.

More realistically, Manny had fewer KOs because he moved up in weight and his opponents were less willing to engage with him and now, Manny is no longer a prime fighter.

Manny has nothing to do with this. In fact, Manny is the least likely person to want this to happen at this stage of his career. He had just made lots of money and is hoping that there is that possibility that a rematch can take place since they both became ****** rich because of that first fight. Again, Manny is not part of this equation.

If NSAC can get the ball rolling against Manny then they should have but didn't against the hometown guy named Floyd.
