he dropped from rankings when he moved up to 135 to fight diaz.

like i said before you guys overrate raheem loss.

he was still #2 at 130.
Link please, thanks. Would love to see EM's ranking post-Raheem.

BTW, I don't know what overrating a loss means. He lost soundly. It happened, like it or not.

The JMM quadrilogy is quality. That it is makes Floyd's domination that much better.

Look at it like this-Bill Russell is great because he never lost a game 7, the penultimate game. Jordan is considered the greatest as he never had to play a game 7.

Which is more dominant-sweep or winning game 7?
Or losing game seven, which is what happened

As a Laker fan I used to have a similar debate-Magic getting to 9 finals (5-4) or Jordan going 6-0. Most people side with Jordan going 6-0.

More is better but losses still weigh against.

Yeah. Using that logic, we should no longer count losses -- they don't matter (when it doesn't suit the argument, anyway).

Never saw that posted anywhere but even if it was oh well, just means more people than myself aren't blinded by the TBE nonsense that's all. I bet you have a mantle in your momma's basement to pray to your Deity Floyd don't you.

overrating the effect of a loss.

rahim was just a tuneup at 135 because morales was lazy to cut to 130.

he came out of shape and bad style matchup. "EXPERTS" treated it like a bad night. it didn't effect his 130 rankings.

besides you guys act like raheem blew out em. he outpointed an out of shape em in a boring tuneup at 135.

top 3 130 was mab, em, pac.

he had a close loss to mab and just beat pac. they're not gonna put vicente mosquera or jorge barrios over morales.

Tua asked me a question regarding Trilogy v domination, which I responded to. This wasn't about TBE or triangle theories or any other nonsense you are spouting. If you had read the thread you'd have known this.

Not talking about the effect of the loss. He lost. And he wasn't out of shape either. Simple.

                    Anyway...

One dominant win over Frazier >>> No dominant wins and a KO loss to Joe

jmm for pac is not the same as jmm for floyd. that's why i don't compare it.

and i told you it's not about jmm nor do i care to make it about jmm.

it's about tough fights vs. great opp over dominating a lesser opp.

losing close fight to jmm is better than dominating david diaz.

you gotta take the pac-floyd comparisons out so you can be impartial.

use castillo. better win? tough fight vs castillo or dominating ndou?

of course castillo even though it was tougher.
