Arum is saying this to piss Floyd off. Arum is trying to stop Manny vs Floyd by telling Floyd Cotto's fight does not make sense and since Floyd hates Weasel Arum, he just might take the fight with Coto. I am glad that Manny and Floyd are talking now hopefully behind Arum's backside.
