So basically what you're saying is that from 2009-2012, the only thing stopping the fight from happening on Floyd's end was the drug testing issue, he at that time didn't care that Bob Arum was Manny's promoter. Then in 2012 when Bob Arum starting making excuses in your estimation, that's when the issue was no longer the drug testing protocol but instead became Bob Arum being Manny Pacquiao's promoter... as he'd been all along?

And now that Arum says HBO/Showtime are on board, Pacquiao is openly calling out Floyd, Showtime is putting pressure on Floyd since the Maidana rematch post fight interview... meanwhile Floyd says the fight can only be on Showtime and Manny has to sign on to Mayweather Promotions... this is a sign that Floyd wants the fight but Arum doesn't?

In 2012, Floyd tried to make the Manny fight happen. It was that point that Arum threw out ridiculous excuse, after excuse, after excuse... for the fight NOT to happen. I mean, Arum went DEEP into his excuse playbook. Its been VERY clear to everyone since that Arum wont let this fight happen before he wants it to happen. Arum will decide when that fight happens, not Manny. In other words, Floyd doesnt believe Arum wants that fight.

He tried to make it happen by making a ludicrous flat fee offer? No, thats making sure the fight doesnt happen

I'm tired of repeating myself...... Floyd has ever only ducked one count it "ONE" fighter and that's a prime Winky Wright in 2005. How he do it you asked let me explain..... He called Winky out, Winky accepted, negotiation were almost complete, just one last item purse split... Bob wanted 55/45 and Winky's promoter wanted 50/50 (which bob originally agreed to) so no fight.


Why is this important, everyone that knows about this says Winky is too big for Floyd and crazy for calling him out ie Bob saw the massive risk and made a executive to end it, just like Pac. If Floyd were to best Pac, his career takes a massive hit. Just as Floyd career is built off of his record and mouth. Pac's is built as being the Anti-Floyd, the polar opposite and superior to May ie good(Pac) vs evil (May), with the evil being a "coward" who is methodical,careful in planning to minimize risk (ie boring fighter) who also is shrewd and arrogant then you have the good who is noble puts it all on the line for the people (ie exciting fighter) who is also humble and kind. If good loses to evil you lose faith in good right?.......... If you look at there feud it very much like a Saturday morning cartoon. Hilarious.

Mayweather 100% ducked Cotto the first time he retired, it's no secret actually. He thought Cotto was a killer, and so did his father, and after Pacquiao destroyed him, thats when they were convinced Pac was cheating.
