Hate for Arum was always there concerning Floyd , only in 2009 Floyd put it aside and tried to make the fight , since then Arum has used propaganda against Floyd only fueling the the hate for him more and more with every piece of BS he puts out to the media , fck this stands out like dog balls are you that blind ?

What 'propaganda' has Arum used that was worse than Floyd and his family systematically trying to sully Pacquiao's name and legacy by insinuating, without a shred of proof, that he was using banned substances/performance enhancers?

Please, dig deeper- when exactly did the impediment for the fight happening switch from drug testing to Bob Arum being Manny's promoter. Back when Floyd and all his minions were claiming the only thing preventing him from stepping into the ring was the drug testing protocol, Arum was Manny's promoter.

Can you pinpoint when exactly that was an issue stopping the fight from happening on Floyd's end?

Your point is moot considering Floyd called Konzcz and dealt directly with Pacquaio. Did Arum force Floyd to make that laughable $40m offer?

I'm more focusing on the here and now. The idea now seems to be that Arum can't be involved in the fight. Why? Why does Pacquiao have to leave his promoter and sign with Mayweather's company to make it happen?

The same reason JMM, Bradley, Cotto, and a few others had to sign with Top Rank. The A side wants to make the most profit and should!!!

Marquez was never signed to Top Rank, he's with Beltran/Zanfer and operates as a 'free agent' promotionally. Chris Algieri is also not a Top Rank fighter, he's with Star Boxing.

I think the MGM is building a new outdoor arena that due to open in 2016. Floyd was actually at the groundbreaking. As far as Arum's plans for a temporary stadium- I don't know any details or whether he'd still push for that if the fight is agreed upon. But I doubt he would go through the trouble of financing that sort of operation without a signed agreement from both fighters.

Has Arum discovered who represents Floyd yet?

With Floyd announcing he's making major changes to his team, including possibly firing/replacing the CEO of his promotional company... I think everyone is waiting to discover who actually represents Floyd right now.

In 2012, Floyd tried to make the Manny fight happen. It was that point that Arum threw out ridiculous excuse, after excuse, after excuse... for the fight NOT to happen. I mean, Arum went DEEP into his excuse playbook. Its been VERY clear to everyone since that Arum wont let this fight happen before he wants it to happen. Arum will decide when that fight happens, not Manny. In other words, Floyd doesnt believe Arum wants that fight.

Arum will decide when that fight happens, not Manny. In other words, Floyd doesnt believe Arum wants that fight.

So basically what you're saying is that from 2009-2012, the only thing stopping the fight from happening on Floyd's end was the drug testing issue, he at that time didn't care that Bob Arum was Manny's promoter. Then in 2012 when Bob Arum starting making excuses in your estimation, that's when the issue was no longer the drug testing protocol but instead became Bob Arum being Manny Pacquiao's promoter... as he'd been all along?

And now that Arum says HBO/Showtime are on board, Pacquiao is openly calling out Floyd, Showtime is putting pressure on Floyd since the Maidana rematch post fight interview... meanwhile Floyd says the fight can only be on Showtime and Manny has to sign on to Mayweather Promotions... this is a sign that Floyd wants the fight but Arum doesn't?
