Yeah i had had a feeling someone would say that, i think you know what i mean obviously GGG might have fought at 161 for a non-title fight early in their careers but i'm talking about for example if the GGG vs Chavez Jr fight went ahead.
Ward was willing to move up to face Shelby Pudwill but not Kovalev!
A lot of people didn't think Barker won that fight and it prove when Barker decided to go over to Germany and fight Sturm...
Old sturm the guy Geale beat in a great tear up of a fight!
Barker was finished by an old version of Sturm decisively...
Why doesn't GGG move down to 160lbs??
He has plenty of time to do it and do it the healthy/correct way since he isn't active.
Lame triangle theory i don't wanna read none of that, we all know the hip problems he had for the Sturm fight anyway but either way it's irrelevant what Sturm did.

What? Lol. Revisionist history. Barker won that fight. Geale isn't very good.
Ok and do you think the Geale fight will pay more than a fight with Ward?
The risk with facing ward will be the biggest golovkin has taken ... Ward is a gold medalist and still a very complete boxer .. Inactivity translates into lack of skill in a lot of peoples eyes for some reason .. Ward would probably school him ..
GGG never even had a fight at 168 and he's supposed to take on the best of the division his first time around? Would he even have deserved a shot at Ward right away?

He only gets the shot because ward isn't active ..
Lol before i respond i just want to say i just noticed your joke of a p4p list, after seeing that it's no surprise we are having this debate. Froch above Ward lol what a joke.
What you are doing is manipulating the words to favour your argument.
Andre Ward fought A lightheavyweight AT super-middleweight.
So to rephrase your facts so that people aren't being mislead (which is what you are trying to do):
GGG has never fought above 160, check.
Andre Ward has never fought above 168, check.
Has GGG ever fought a 168 pounder, at any weight? No, he has only faced MW's, so he can't be "ducking" Ward.
Has Ward ever fought a 175 pounder, at any weight? Yes, except he refuses to move up. Which is fine, but don't call out an "overhyped" MW as you seem to think of GGG. If he is such trash why should Ward waste him time facing him? He showed a sack and move up or fight some of the light heavies at a catchweight at least.
Also, yes Ward is below Froch on my P4P list it's the only reason he is even on my list (Ward.) You don't fight once a year and stay up that high, especially when your last fight was Edwin Rodriguez. Before that he fought a LW at... SMW, that is nothing special espcially when that guy was not Bad Chad it was "weight drained to death" Chad Dawson.
