Nobody hypes ricky hatton or gatti or malinaggi

Malinaggi gets trashed here alot. If anything, he's underated - at least on this board.

Gatti - nobody on this board ever said he was a p4p best boxer in history. He's entertaining to wtch cuz he leaves it all in the ring. There's nothing wrong with that. He's got heart. He fights. He's exciting. He comes back. Thats why we like him. Not cuz he's white. (He doesn't even look white).

Ricky Hatton - He's the linear champion - he won the belt of Tszyu. Forget that he hadn't fought anyone else of note - i agree with that. The fact of the matter is he can't be over-hyped because he is the champion. He's not a contender or a prospect. He's the champ and at 140, so how can he be over-hyped? Nobody said he's the second coming of SRR.

and im not saying that there have been better whites than african americans or hispanics etc. throughout history, but you cant say that all whites bad, and you cant say one is superior to others. EVERY race has had great boxers.

PLEASE SHOW ME WHERE I SAID THAT ALL WHITE FIGHTERS ARE BAD. OR WHERE I SAID THAT ONE RACE OF FIGHTERS IS SUPERIOR TO ANOTHER.

      REFER ME TO THAT POST.

The same Mitchell it took Mayweather several more rounds to put away, and I will put money down that it takes Mayweather longer to dispose of Judah - than it took Tszyu. The number one pound for pound fighter is fighting Tszyu's scraps. Fighting fighters coming off of losses and being praised like the second coming of Jesus. Hatton's win over Tszyu is bigger than any fighter Mayweather beat in his career, because many experts regard Tszyu as one of the best 140 pounders of all-time. The guy ruled the division for ten years. Taylor gets praise for close-decision wins over Hopkins, than Hatton can receive even more praise for coming close to dominating and "stopping" Tszyu.

I believe that Cotto destroyed the guy Hatton just took a belt from.

I'm far from a Cotto fan, though.

turn off caps, and calm down. im not going to check through this whole thread, all because a stranger and i are having an arguement over the internet. not worth my time. i dont even know if you said that anywhere, but you did say things which meant that there hasnt been a good white boxer in a generation. which is suggesting that you think that in boxing, whites are a step below.

Oooh look, he's getting angry now... bold and caps.

Hey Duplicity, go back - answer my post. When I say answer I dont mean ask me another question... I mean a proper answer...

Then after that I will respond to you, like I have done up until now. Until you do that, however, I will not be answering any of your questions because I am not satisfied with your answers to my points... not that there will be any of course, but I just like to see you try and answer them at least.

Just don't accuse me of saying things I didn't say. Because someone will read YOUR post and assume that I said it.

I did not imply or say anything about white fighters of the past generation (other than media/fan attention). I ASKED A QUESTION.

You are free to answer that question if you would like. Or not. Either way, do not attribute to me words I did not say.
