I don't rip FLoyd's competition until I get to the point after Gatti where he said from now on nothing but big fights and then he fought Sharmba. He just shouldn't have said that and then immediately fought a guy who has nothing left. Cotto did destroy Maussa and is the only guy to stop Demarcus Corley in what was an unreal brawl

DUPLICITY - Your original post smells of moronic. Talk about knowledge?? You come on here and talk about how Malignaggi is getting hyped based on four forum threads? And then say Khan is not hyped based on the amount of threads in the forum? What was the purpose of this thread? To start a flame war?

Originally posted by hollisterThat's not triangular logic, per se. His point is that Zoo accomplished everything Floyd did and then some, and in less time. How is that a ****** post, because you didn't post it?
Zoo has already been down the road Floyd is still trying to traverse, period.
Did Zoo acomplish everything Floyd did??... "and then some?" LMAO.
Name me the fighters that Zoo beat who are on par collectively with this group:
Corrales, Genaro, Castillo TWICE, Famoso, Jesus Chavez , Goyo Vargas, ChopChop, and Gatti. Almost all in their primes.
Name them. In fact, tell me who KT fought that is as good as Castillo alone.
There is ONE thing that Kostya Tszyu DID accomplish that Floyd hasn't. Floyd hasn't been knocked out by Vince Phillips.
You have lost your mind. Floyd has faced and beaten (mostly stopping) a FAR, FAR better class of fighter than Tszyu.

Duplicity has issues, makes my people look bad. Look at his post history. Since he joined here, he has an obvious pattern of bashing white fighters. I was given the word to ban this fool, like the guy who made the same post about Latino and Black fighters was banend. I want to keep him around for a bit, for now.

Does that seem balanced to you?
Floyd could have easily gone after Baldomir and made that fight happen. In my opinion, Zab Judah is a more dangerous opponent than the light-hitting, slow-footed baldomir. With Baldomir, it would have been worse than Gatti.
Hatton declined a fight and Margarito elected not to shelve the Gomez date. (which disappointed me).

Originally posted by BIGPOPPAPUMPQuestionable first decision over Castillo. Rocked by Chop Chop. Gatti is far from his prime, more at the end of his rope. Genero was also at the end of his rope. Jesus Chavez? Oh yeah, the guy Morales, the 122 pound king, beat soundly.

I don't know who you think "your people" are, but don't make assumptions.
What does "rocked by ChopChop" mean? That floyd took some good punches from a good fighter and still won convincingly? You know what they call that? A good experience. As I said: ALMOST all in their prime. Do you remember what happened to Chavez in the Morales fight? are you that much of a boxing fan?? Or just a records-checker?
SOOOO, again: name me the group that KT beat that is on par with that. A 40 yr old JCC with 120 fights? WHO?
Listen. Ban who and what you want. I said that most white fighters get media and fan attention disproportionate to their accomplishments. Period. If that makes you cry, I can't help you. I was direct, honest, and did not use racial epithets or insult white fighters. I never said "white fighters suck" or any dumb crap like that. If you disagree, fine. That is your choice.
I still say that Castillo would throw Malignaggi the beating of his life. Casamayor would embarrass him. Corrales would walk him down and crush him.
Go back and read the FIRST post, and tell me how that is racist, mi hijo.
