Its all business you know. I give that to floyd just taking care of business. but i think when haymon got hold of the info he must have told floyd, "damit floyd, thats ****** dont talk to that pacman about paychecks hes too honest for your own good hell tell on you, dont even try offering him again unless hes free from that lawyer of a promoter hes got."
You don't call someone up in the Philippines if you don't want the fight period!

Let's be real here, Floyd isn't fighting Pacquiao even if he leaves Bob Arum. He doesn't want to fight him, he never did and he likely never will. It's clear from his comments that "Money" would prefer if Pacquiao retired so he didn't have to hear about him and just pretend he doesn't exist.
And it was Pacquiao's whole team who turned down the testing on the ridiculous basis that it made him weak.
Roach said that Pacquiao would be weak for 3 days and that was their whole reasoning for the cut off dates. Something that even to this day sounds completely ridiculous.

At the end of the day we shall see how easy this fight gets made when Pac becomes free. He wouldn't have to pay Arum and he (Mayweather) wouldn't have to deal with Arum. Personally I hope this fight doesn't happen, because once the fight gets signed then it's "Mayweather waited for Pac to get old or war torn" etc

Soon as he left top rank the Floyd cotto fight got made and cotto got hi.s highest payday ever.
The Pac fans always like to go back and fact check Floyd's statements yet they conveniently forget to mention this.

Money Mayweather had one goal in mind about the Pac fight. That is to not let it happen. He succeeded. This is a guy who reluctantly left the sport. Man, he was crying. He left because he sensed that Arum was starting to put dangerous fights in front of him. He got scared. He's back and he's acting like a effing queen as if ducks deserve all the perks in the world. I mean it's disgusting. How can a guy who took less risks by fighting seldom be deserving of all these privileges? It's an insult to one's intelligence.
