    Eight division world champion Manny Pacquiao has turned his back on a potential fight with Floyd Mayweather Jr. Pacquiao, who returns on April 12th at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, was hoping to lure Mayweather in the ring in 2014.

    It appears Mayweather, who returns on May 3rd, is not willing to negotiate until Pacquiao becomes a free agent at the end of the year when his contract with Top Rank expires.

          People will be mad at Manny even though there's no chance of this fight happening.
          Schaeffer said he'd never work with Top Rank

              5 years of this crap now.....have been long over it. Bradley and Maidana and Lara by far are the most worthy @ this point in time...and it just doesnt ever happen the way us fans want it to.....will not purchase floyd vs khan...

                It isn't Manny's fault at all from my point of view, he's just the muscle, a mindless automaton. I could no more find fault with Manny than I could find in a pack mule or a dumb Ox. Manny's job is to plow the field, Arum's job is to collect the bounty, so Arum is to blame (mostly), Schaefer is to blame (to a degree) and so is Mayweather.

                    Well said by manny .. They can try again when manny's contract ends but IMO another obstacle will arise .
