I actually like the fact that TMZ jumped the gun with the announcement. This will force the networks to pick up the pace and get the fight done quicker. If anyone backs out now, they're going to look really bad and no PR spin will undo the damage.

I agree with you in that aspect but like Dan Rafael said they need to stay in there lane. That type of announcement should have come from an official boxing source. Think they done it for a bit of traffic and clicks but they have got the fight trending so can't complain overall.

          No rematch!!!!

Thats what May is afraid of, that he will get robbed for a hundred million dollar rematch

TBE is the villain in everybodys eyes, judges, fans, media if Pacquiao is active n exciting bad news for TBE

He shut out Canelo n was still robbed lol

Thats why TBE doesnt want this fight, his people can turn on him for all that money

Those aren't smaller pieces -- where do you get that from?

It's about marketability, I just showed you who's on top. fight earning is the current market value of a fighter.

32 million guarantee less 12 million loss = 20 million break even for showtime

floyd's value is less than 20 million.

pac last one is 23 million. pac is even ahead.

I was saying they spent a lot on the may day thing that mayweather produced. Like over a million. Plus at least a couple million on advertising. I know they have ads on the CBS channel too. It doesn't matter if its on their channel...... That is lost revenue therefore they still have to pay for it.

Forbes printed an article that they lost 12 million on the guerrero fight alone.
