1. In the first two rounds, Pacquiao is more active, lands more shots than Floyd, including a couple hard clean ones
2. But from the third round, Floyd has figured out Pacquiao, who is increasingly unable to close distance without getting caught
3. From round 9 on, Pacquaio is whipped soundly and even gets dropped, but continues gamely to the end.
The public doesn't care for a rematch.

He was gtd 25 million against ortiz, but you can see what the number of buys justifies. With Floyd's pay structure (paying gb a flat fee) on HBO, giving ortiz 3 million? or 2 million w/e it translates to a 40 million dollar purse.

I'm a fan of both Floyd and Manny but even if you give Floyd the worst possible projections from any source you want Floyd is the A-side, even if it's the smallest of margins.
So i brought you both fighters last fight purse. Explained the dynamics of it.
And if mentioned the wholestic ppv numbers through out there fighting career instead, that will even show there about even in ppv earnings.

So selling 2 millions buys one fight and 0 the next is not the same as selling a million per fight over two fights. They also need more than one million buys, the number is closer to 1.2 million buys per fight.
Outside of Floyd, they do have their problems with Haymon's under hand tactics despite Espinoza saying he was well informed. Hopefully this upcoming fight is a catalyst for getting everybody talking and doing business.

It could be that Floyd made a big deal out of being the one to announce it, and they just don't want that spoiled so they're denying it.
