Nobody is more ****y then Toney himself , DR. WLAD KO`s Toney with little problem !
I mean who the **** has Toney beat , what make poeple think he could beat the best skilled fighter at H.W. level WLAD ?

Any one of the fighter that Toney UD , Wlad would have KO`ed !

The best skilled fighter at heavyweight? He's nothing but a two-dimensional fighter with almost no skills on the inside.

Toney deserves to be ****y. He's old, short, fat, and injury-prone but would still be a favorite against almost any other heavyweight.

Not one of these guy Toney beat , would have made it out of the fight on there feet if they got in the ring with Wlad !

As evidenced by the way he handled Brewster and Sanders. A fighter who's only come into his own since the Wladimir fight, and a guy who was nothing more than a part-time heavyweight with a good left hand.

If you actually read the thread the majority that are picking Klitchko are giving actual reasons- his jab, his power, his height

while the majority that are picking Toney keep talking about his 'skills'.


Byrd is also a defensive guru but Klitchko pounded him for the entire 12 rounds knocking him down twice winning a wide UD. It will be the same thing against Toney.

The Wladimir who beat Byrd was on top of the world. Now he's hesitant and mentally troubled. And no offense to Byrd, but he doesn't have half the offense Toney has.

Look, this is all speculation about a fight that will probably never happen. The only reason I posted more than once was your attitudes. If this fight ever happens and I turnd out to be wrong, I'll eat crow. Until then I'm gonne forget about it.

I think Toney should avoid Wlad, Byrd, and Gomez at heavyweight.

Byrd should be a relatively easy fight for him. He isn't as skilled as Toney, and his punch is not very powerful. Toney would win that easy.

Funny stuff. Byrd has only been trying to make that fight for ages. Yep, he's got an open date with Toney's ugly mug on it, but Toney don't want Byrd because Byrd is too fast, too slick and would just make Toney into a punchin' bag. Face it, Toney's only in this thing for the money which is why he thought he could eat steroids and take on the weakest link, Ruiz and then make a big money fight with one of the Klitschos who he knows will knock him out. Well, now Toney's got his last chance against Rahman and then all you Toney titty lovers are gonna have to go back to Butterbean for your satisfaction!

Honestly, is it crazy to think Toney can KO Wlad? I'd say if you compare fighters history it's a viable assertion to believe that Ruiz has a better chin overall than Wlad. If that's the case, it's not unreasonable to think that Toney an KO him. I don't think he will, but it's not as crazy as you think it is. I don't underrate wlad either, I think it'll be a great fight, but you overrate him as if he's the second comming of christ or something.

Whoever said that Toney will win by EASY KOisnt thinking very hard. I dont think Toney KOing Wlad is impossible just highly improbable. Some have mentioned that Wlad would have a hard time landing straight rights which is true but Toney cannot seem to avoid a left hook very well. Toney will get cracked with that hook all night. If Wlad had a noteable uppercut Toney would get laid out after getting hit by 2 or 3 of them. But thats a big if. So heres what's gonna happen. Wlad will win most of the rounds. Toney will find it very difficult to land anything clean. Wlad destroyed a prime Byrd who at the time had a better defense than Toney and was a southpaw. If Wlad got to Byrd, he CAN get to Toney. Thats not to say he definitely will, but its possible. Either Toney gets stopped late or Wlad wins 9 rounds to 3.
