Not one of these guy Toney beat , would have made it out of the fight on there feet if they got in the ring with Wlad !
I don't agree, Guin can easily get lucky against Wlad. Guin takes a great punch, so I don't see Wlad knocking Guin out. Also who has Wlad fought that you consider great. The whole HW division sucks. At least Toney beat an future hall of famer in Holy.

I'm seeing this thread for the first time, and I refuse to read the 60 replies, because it's completely unnecessary. This is open and shut. Wlad ain't Jirov, folks. Toney has not been in with that class of HW. Toney can beat several top HW's but Wlad is not one of them.

Wlad beats Toney with his left hand. Literally.

See Wlad versus Byrd and that is pretty much exactly what will happen in this fight.

You don't think Wlad would love to fight Holyfield? Adding Holy's name to your resume looks good even though anyone could beat Holy now. Evander would never fight Wlad unless Wlad had a title and Evander had no other options.

Agreed! But my point was that Wlad didn't really beat anyone great, the other guy made it sound like Wlad has beaten many great fighters & Toney has only beaten bums. Who ever cleans up the division should be consider great, if it's Toney or Wlad. I don't see Rahman, Brewster or Peter being that guy. I think Toney is the man, but Wlad do have a chance after Toney.

It's a shame that Vitali retired, I would've loved to see a fight with Vitali against Toney.

Wlad has the power edge but his jabs will get slipped and J-TONE will counterpunch his way to a MD.

Toney has the skills. Wlad has nothing on Toney but physcial advantages. Skill almost always outweighs physical gifts.
                  Are you serious??

If you actually read the thread the majority that are picking Klitchko are giving actual reasons- his jab, his power, his height

while the majority that are picking Toney keep talking about his 'skills'.

Byrd is also a defensive guru but Klitchko pounded him for the entire 12 rounds knocking him down twice winning a wide UD. It will be the same thing against Toney.

** That's funny how Ruiz managed tattoo Toney's ugly mug on a regular basis and even landed a straight up right uppercut gut shot on Toney that stopped him for the rest of the round.

Toney is a face first heavyweight and you boys are gonna see that that when he stops protecting himself and steps up against a big slugger. Rahman is pretty lethargic and may not be able to land his right, but if he does it's gonna be Lights Out Toney!
I take it you've never seen Toney fight.

Face first fighter. You're so fulla ****.
