The WBC also had Joe Mesi near the top of its rankings. And its champion is that bum, Vitali Klitschko. What a joke.

You should read the thread before you post. I already said Meehan didn't deserve to be ranked that high, but he was. Unlike Brewster, Rahman went out and took care of business.

Meehan WAS ranked by your precious *********, by the way.

The worst part was that he finally seemed to wake up right before the final bell and nailed Ruiz with a beautiful right hand. Way too little, way too late.

Rock is kind of like Tarver they are both A+ talkers/promoters and B level fighters...

Before Rock and Ruiz stepped into the ring they went to Rock's dressing room and they asked him what his game plan was for Ruiz and he said...Im gonna break his nose.

      I loved it..

      Or..

When he was in with LL for the second time and he was outside LL dressing room because he wanted to be the wintess from his camp inspecting LL's gloves...

So far (and time is running out), Rock has always been a better talker than fighter...maybe it will change or at the very least even out-if that happens we may have something.

The point is, Vitali hasn't beat a credible fighter in years, and certianly not since winning or defending his title.

James Toney is available, and willing to fight for a smaller chunk of the purse.

I think it's clear that Vitali Klitschko isn't interested in fighting James Toney.

And don't give me some crap about him needing a tune up bacause he's coming off an injury.

Since losing to Lewis, he's been fighting nothing but Tune ups. That's all Sanders and Williams amounted to.

James Toney came off a very serious arm injury, and took the John Ruiz fight on five weeks notice.

There's no reason Vitali can't fight Toney in Sept. I think him looking at Maskiev and now Brock shows he's not interested in fighting Toney.

Hey man nobody out there sees what Klitchko is doing. All the hype This dude does nothing but blow smoke in the faces of the masses and they eat it right up. Glad there are others who can see that Klitchko has on a funny hat, a red nose, white makeup, and very big shoes, and that he gets out of a tiny little car with a loud horn.

back surgery > arm surgery, toney already priced himself out and is trying to cover it up, vitali has to fight rahman or barret on sept 24 unless they cant be ready in 6 weeks, vit will fight either oleg toney or brock and thats all i can see happening, period, and its not like rahman or barret are that much more better oppenets then oleg anyway

Why do you speak about things you have no idea about like they're facts?

You're just a little kid who's bitter and doesn't want to see Vitali fight anyone with a pulse.

You have NO IDEA what the extent of either Toney or Vitali's injuries are, and as I told you before, James Toney (at 36 years old, constantly out of shape and injury prone) is NOT so formidable that he needs to be avoided.

Klitschko isn't signed to fight anyone yet, and the door is still open for him to fight Toney. In this fight he would make more money than nearly any other fight at Heavyweight, and he'd have to opportunity to notch what would be the biggest win of his career if he wins.

Rahman or Barrett isn't going to be ready in Sept, and Klitschko wants to fight anyway. You need to realize and accept this.

Brock isn't a joke of a fight like the Maskiev fight would have been, but I think it's now clear that he's not interested in fighting Toney.
