Manny Pacquiao needs to fight Floyd at 147 and then we see how bad he really is. Not taking anything away from Pac but catchweights must take something away from fighters I guess because Freddie Roach keeps demanding them. Pac is more than capable fighting at 147 so why shouldn't he agaisnt Floyd? Like everybody keep and kept saying in regards to Cotto "What's 2 more pounds?" same can be said about Manny. that's why Mayweather stays on top of his game because he ain't ****** to drain himself to give his opponent a chance to beat him. Before Floyd gives any fighter a chance to beat him he much rather pay the penalty. No way Floyd does a catchweight fight with Manny and for that I can't blame him. Roach won't be bullying Floyd like he did Cotto because 1) Mayweather is a big $ fighter 2) he has out sold Pacquiao in every PPV outing 3) Floyd is his own boss who is Co promoted by Golden Boy so Arum can't do to Floyd what he did to Cotto and rope him in.

I pretty much agree with this post. Pacquiao needs to fight Floyd at whatever weight an actual division is. The money part is gonna be worked out after we see what this fight with Cotto did on PPV. Floyd like you said won't make the weight anyway even if Pacquiao put it in the contract as a penalty.

floydrunner wont take 50/50. It would take an act of God in order for this
fight to happen.

I'd say Pacman fight Sugar shane at 145 lbs first
and then fight Floydrunner.

floydrunner doesnt wanna fight the top 3 welter weight boxer. Pacman just
fought the best welter weight miguel cotto and took all the shot that cotto
unload.

That's why Floyd is in a different league because he doesn't take much
punishment and still out lands/class his opponents. The way Pac swings
all crazy, he would be missing all niht and getting countered till Roach
stops the fight. Honestly I do think Floyd toyed with JMM to not overly
scare away Arum and Roach. I got a feeling when he gets in the ring
with Manny will see a different Floyd because he is going to make an
example of Pac. I will never doubt Pac though but I'm riding with Floyd.
To me Floyd is more complete than Manny.

People keep saying Floyd is difficult to negotiate with but keep forgetting
when Zab Judah lost to Carlos Baldomir, him and Floyd already was
schedule to fight so once Judah lost the fight almost didn't happen
but Floyd and Zab people changed the contract a lil, Zab got less
and the fight happen as smooth as that. Then there is Oscar De La Hoya
who made Floyd wear the 10oz gloves, come up in weight and had to
fiht in the ring Oscar picked and Floyd said cool! Anything to make the
fight and boom! it happened. Ricky Hatton took the highest percentage
and Floyd said fine, the fight happened. I think Pacquiao has been the
most difficult with his negotiations as someone on here has pointed out.
Oscar, Hatton and Cotto were all dificult for the most part. I think Floyd
has earned his right to be a lil difficult in negotiating with Pacquiao because
PPV business wise Floyd>Pac. I have a feeling that this past fight with
Pac/Cotto didn't even do more than JMM/Floyd because of that weak
24/7 they did. People think that marketing and promotion don't play
a big part in selling a product but guess what, it does. Floyd may not
be fan friendly but his PPV buys *****s Pac and I think that will be the
case this week. Lets wait and see.

becuase Pac and Cotto have no personality whatsoever outside

"NO" Floyd is smart and he knows what can sell and how to stay
on. Look at Mosley and Cotto? People were ready to throw Mosley
in the scrap pile if it wasn't for the Margarito win and now people
are doing it to Cotto despite what they did for the sport and in the
most entertaining way. Floyd was for the fans in the beginning
but people kept crapping on him so he became the villian and it has
worked out well for him.
