Which is the reason why likes to juice up. He Even juiced up against a feather-fisted non-puncher like Devin Haney.

I have, and I have personally witnessed a guy with multiple awards for valor in combat who got dropped by one who was unable to get up for nearly a minute after taking one. They're excruciating, and sometimes you can get to your knee, but then your body can't move any further. I didn't like how he got up right after 10 either, but I, for one, am not going to criticize anyone who can't get up after a solid body shot, especially from a renowned puncher like Tank. Do you honestly think it would have mattered if he'd gotten up and tried to finish the round when Tank would have had 1:15 more to work?
Some fighters are willing to go out on their shield, such as Devin and though some might feel Devin deserves the hate he gets, he also deserves respect for finishing his fight against Ryan on his feet when he could have stayed down on more than one occasion. Shoot, Ryan was pleading with Bill to stop the fight.crimsonfalcon07 likes this.

He obviously didn't want to go out on his shield when it's apparent that he was able to get up. Would he have been able to continue for much longer? More than likely not, but he didn't even try.

And to put that in perspective, I've also had to fight for my life barehanded 3 times, and been in two active shooter situations. That's when you go out on your shield. I've also seen lots of people whose pride ended their fighting career. I admire the ones who have no quit, but at the end of the day, they're the ones risking their lives in the ring, and I'll die on the hill that they have the right to make their own choices, and that anyone who hasn't stepped in the ring has no right to criticize.
The fans have the right to choose which fighters to support, and can use whatever criteria they want to decide that. And they can absolutely say that Ryan probably doesn't have what it takes to be a real champion. I also felt the same way about Robeisy Ramirez, who quit on his feet after taking a clean punch. Turned his back and said no mas. Sometimes that's just what happens though. Like Duran saying "no mas", and that's an ATG. But you won't catch me saying that any of them should have made a different choice.

Not saying that's champion4ever, mind you. I think he's usually a good poster. But, every fighter has the RIGHT to decide what's going to be the best move for their health and career. Why should someone risk their life or long term health or ability to continue their career to go out on their shield if they know they can't survive the round? A loss is a loss.

Whether it was a shot to liver or the solar plexus both hurt like Hell. A punch to the solar plexus hurts worse. It could cut off your wind to the point where you cannot breathe.
The point I am making is Ryan is naturally soft. I’ve seen prizefighters fight with broken noses, ribs, eye sockets and jaws but they didn’t quit because they were paid for a job to do.

I say this because if you have had those experiences (I have had a few of my own and taught people for many years how to deal with such situations) you are in a lonely place: No one can truly understand what happens. In the boxing ring? A well placed liver shot is not something most can shake off... Unless one truly is capable of recasting the situation as "life and death" they will probably submit to the very obvious signs that the body is temporarily finished... Human nature right? Take a women protecting her child? She may well shake it off... ironickly.. Adrenalin knows when things are truly dismal... And it knows when we truly have no other options. It takes a remarkable constitution to override this reality.crimsonfalcon07 likes this.

I do think you are right that Ryan is mentally weak, and I don't think any of these social media divas we've got these days will ever be able to find that real dog in them. It's why I value the fighters like Beterbiev, Bivol, Bam Rodriguez, Inoue, and Usyk so highly. They're a throwback to the breed that really inspires. But I, for one, am not going to second guess the decisions of anyone who steps in the ring.
