It's not an opinion, you've made a claim that Benn has done something and have no evidence to support that claim thus why it is a lie. You need to look up what the words you use mean.

You making the claim that Benn is happy because of a jurisdiction loophole is a lie. It's as clear as a lie can be.

You can't just say a flat out lie, and then say "in my opinion" on the end and that somehow makes it not a lie.

So we can't make the claim that it was because of a jurisdiction loophole, like you lied and claimed it was.

You can speculate it could be the reason, as well as many. But you didn't do that. You claimed it was a the reason, that's a lie.
