Right ok so AGAIN you just can't grasp it, for what reason I just can't undestand.

Conor Benn, has now had, TWO hearing with UKAD/BBBoC. TWO. That is a fact.

You are correct that he didn't engage with the board for about a year after his failed test. But your problem is you are frozen in time it seems.

Because, in the last year, he has had one hearing with BBBoC/UKAD, in which he won that hearing, then BBBoC/UKAD appealed that loss and had the decision over turned.

He has then, just a matter of weeks ago, had ANOTHER hearing with BBBoC/UKAD, which he won again. UKAD/BBBoC now have 21 days to appeal that loss.

Do you understand these words, or not? If not, how can it be made easier to understand?

Yeah and he may well have found a magic pot of gold at the end of a rainbow aswell.

What does it matter what he "may well have found"? There is NO evidence of it being true is the issue and you keep repeating it like it's true for some weird reason.

You can have an opinion on anything, the issue here is your opinon is baseless and you aren't giving your opinion either you are making baseless claims that are lies.

ukad are not some bunch of imbeciles there must a reason or reasons why they appealed, if it was some sort of lab error or error on the part of vada i doubt they would appeal that, thats my opinion too btw, we need more info to put and end to all this speculation & lies even

There could be a plethora of reasons why UKAD won their appeal.

The fact is WE DO NOT KNOW why they won it and we certainly do not have any evidence that they won because of a jurisdiction loophole.

So you can't say that, as it's baseless.

but he might have won it on a loophole so that means all discussions on it are valid

No it doesn't mean that, it means the literal opposite of that.

He "might" have won it because they owe him money, he "might" won it because they think has a nice smile, he "might" have won it because he has magic hypnosis powers.

What he "might" have won it on are totally irrelevant.

What is relevant is there is no evidence what so ever to even suggest he won it on a jurisdiction loophole.

I occasionally juice up and anybody who knows anything about juicing knows Conor Benn is guilty. Let me make this clear whenever you take PED’S they raise your testosterone, this helps with muscle building and athletic performance, once you stop taking the PEDs you’re body which gets used to the extra testosterone thinks it’s getting enough and stops making testosterone, this causes testosterone to drop and your estrogen levels to rise, once that happens your lose the gains or positive results of the PEDs ie muscle loss, performance etc.
you can counteract this by taking women’s breast cancer drugs ie Tamoxifen or Clomid which surpress estrogen levels, which in return let u keep your gains for longer.
How did Conor benn get these female prescription drugs in his body????
let’s stop talking **** he’s guilty and looked rubbish since getting caught, a mid-timed steroid cycle take your ban like a man!!

His lawyer's stated that their claim is contaminated supplements. Which, we know is possible in this scenario, don't we?

                  So it could be that.

It could be his was running Clomid on top of whatever cycle he was on but you as a PED user would know that the timing's of the failed tests don't really make much sense in that regard, right?

You've said there "take your ban like a man", he's had two hearings now in regards to that. It's not his fault he's won the hearings. If he'd have lost the hearings he'd have been given a ban, but he didn't, so he hasn't. That's not his fault. He's done his due process.

"According to sources for the Daily Mail, Benn’s lawyers argued that UKAD had no jurisdiction to preside over drug samples collected by VADA."

doesnt say anything about his smile here

And? It still might be that. It "might be" anything. You can't just pass off something that "might" have happened as the truth like you have done numerous times now and also lied and said Conor Benn was "happy about" this thing that "might" have happened. It's disingenuous, at best.

And as previously stated, there is no quote, anywhere, from a single one of Conor Benn's lawyers that has made an argument that "UKAD had no jurisdiction to preside over drug samples collected by VADA"

So again let's stick to the facts here and not baseless nonsense.
