Indeed i believe he was up on 2 and down on 1 in the final round vs Mayorga. I think Cotto (if he beats Pac) is the best fight for Floyd anyway, there can be no excuses from that. If he beats Mosley or Pac you will hear old/small and various other stuff chucked out.

Knowing how greedweather operates, y fight a bigger stronger thrett in Shane when he can make way more $$$ fighting another feather weight. & the truth is who ever thinks PAC can beat Floyd is an idiot & doesn't know **** about boxing, but I don't think PAC will get passed cotto anyways but that wud meen the lions share for Floyd if it's cotto vs Floyd but more risk

Sugar Shane Mosley blew his chance twice against Floyd Mayweather Jr,but shouldn't he get another opportunity/just one more chance? I understand what happened in the past with all the conflicts, but Floyd should just let it go.A lot of things have changed between these two Men and now more then ever the public would really like to see them go at it.Mayweather should just put aside his differences and just take on Mosley.

In the real world it doesn't work that way at all. Shame Mosley shouldv'e had the dignity to have fought Mayweather when he was called out. His bad; and he have nobody to blame but him. The dude is very dumb and ignorant. I used to respect and admire him but lost all of that.
Mosley used to seem like a class act and a gentleman but that has changed since he has become desparate for money. I never understand why he wasn't as relentless about asking Cotto for a rematch? Or why he didn't except Paul Willliams' challenge? Or what happened to the Clottey fight? Or why a fight with Berto hasn't happened after he beat Margarito? Mosley is becoming more and more of a mystery to me as a fighter and as a man!!!!!

Mosley is fighting for the money, nothing wrong with that but people hold Floyd to different standards

Williams, Clottey and Berto were all turned down because Shane wants Floyd

Why can't Floyd turn down Shane to fight Pacquiao ( The biggest fight in our sport )

actually i thinlk cotto will beat pac....i think floyd will fight the winner of the fight and by the way i think mosley might be the only one that could give him a run for his money althou the way pbf fights i could see cotto tagging the body

Say what you want, but if Floyd thinks Shane Mosley old and he'd believes he could beat him he would be fighting Mosley.

Mayweather Jr. has refuse to fight many fighters including giving a rematch to De La Hoya. De La Hoya didn't need Mayweather Jr. and Boxers like Mayweather and Pacquiao would've not been as popular now if they had not fought De La Hoya.

Thats why Shane should continue to hunt and look to fight Mayweather Jr. Mayweather might accept or else Mosley will make him look like a coward in front of everyone. Thats what mostly bothered Mayweather he was put on the spot when he wanted to talk his way out of possibly fighting Mosley.

That's the only thing I really liked about Kellerman interrupting Floyd. If he wouldn't done so Mayweather would've avoided his questions by changing the subject. Bottom line Floyd would be fighting Shane Mosley if he thought he wouldn't lose to him. But Floyds scared that his abilities aren't good enough to beat Mosley.

sup street are we upping the ante to 500k?
you need to brush up on your recent history there a little bit about being disrespectful, because just like hopkins has pointed out, floyd went and rushed up on corey spinks after his WW win a few years back, after the fight and at the press conference, so now what?

and when did fighters become such ******* when it comes to being challenged in the ring after a fight/win?!?!? that used to be common in boxing, it used to be expected of fighters!!! it's what they did in the old school when they would try and get fights and the other party didn't want to fight, so they would put them on the spot in the middle of the ring in front of everyone to see A CHALLENGE IS BEING MADE!, now it's disrespectful, ****ing crybaby *******......... seriously, and again, it's ok for floyd to do it, or old school fighters, but when someone else does it, or mosley in this case its no class and disrespectful!?!?!? i say calling it out as disrespectful and not taking the challenge or not even entertaining the idea, i think says, i'm scared, i'm overwhelmed, i'm not confident........ or i'm not interested in the fight and your bore me, which floyd said nothing of, he went right into a defensive mode, which proves at least to me and those who read body language, floyd doesn't want a hard fight, he doesn't want to go into the realm of uncertainty......... and that is a fight with mosley or anyone bigger............

fighters need to get up in one anothers face after fights and call each other out, at least then we might see fights that should be made, and it might take some steam away from these bull**** sanctioning bodies, these alphabet soup organization's ranking systems.................

when did fighters become afraid of a verbal confrontation????? when did they become afraid of an open challenge, and when did the fans become so soft as to be offended by someone challenging their fighter!?!?!???!?

it's sad to see people are becoming more and more weak............ too much fluoride or something in the water making people docile and scared......

floyd is a businessman and if the money is there without compromising a bigger fight, he'll take it. he seems to not jump into a fight unless he's sure of his chances.
