And on the bold, thanks for pointing that out. Proves my point. He lost in the Olympics but yet again benefitted from the hype and they gave him the gold! You guys who are so upset by this and arguing against just keep proving my point.

    'handpicked with a name'
    whyte, parker, povetkin, klitschko...not decent

'but wilder, fury and ortiz are decent'.

if he was so protected...why was he made to fight andy ruiz in the US? in a 2014 documentary, AJ mentioned ruiz as one of the dangermen for him. so that was no cherry pick.
usyk was a mandatory and aj never had a problem trying to make that fight, same with the fury fight, he was chasing it.
a protected fighter doesnt do that. Wilder is/was protected but only picked fury because he thought Fury was finished and an easy name for the resume...
it's funny how twisted you got it.

aj lost precisely because he wasnt not as a pro.

Nothing these guys say is based on any kind of analysis of the actual ****ing ring work. People who feel Joshua is overhyped have always believed so based on his actual work in the ring. I bet even ****ing you can't really give me anything that makes his fighting exceptional. Absolutely nothing about Joshua stands out tehcnique/ability wise. Nothing.

me: all these guys have strengths and weaknesses that get exposed by certain styles..aj wasnt a 'hypejob', the hype came with his performances and resume. simple. He was doing it in the ring. For example when he fought Whyte, he was clocked twice by Whyte...but you know what? he handled it and won in style.
people loved that fight...hence the hype.

against wladmir klitschko aj was absolutely fatigued, owing to poor conditioning...but he was knocked down and got back up to knock out wlad.
the hype was justified, he didnt hide behind a jab trying to outbox Wlad..he went toe to toe.

he got povetkin's trademark punch...and he weathered the storm.

is that not exceptional enough for you? you expect him to do shoulder rolls n sh**? lmfao

the point im making is, the hype was still justified. he showed flaws because he wasnt perfect..and we've since seen how those flaws have resulted in losses. consequently now the hype is gone, because he lost. the result and record is what the hype revolves around.

          Is this guy for real?

Let's see, Golovkin decided to sit in a dead division, he was contempt to wait for that Canelo payday for years. No one said anything because he was hiding under the guise that he wanted to unify all the belts yet his actions contradict that. When he did step up and fought Jacob's whose the same type caliber of fighter as Ruiz, he struggled like crazy. He was lucky to get the W, as a matter of fact that fight should've had a rematch but not a word from Golovkin yet Joshua and Ruiz did have a rematch and he got the W easily. And then we have Derevyanchenko (whose in the same league as Dylllan Whyte) another fighter that Golovkin should've had no problem beating and yet he had to dig deep and barely sc****d by with the W. You bring up Usyk being the smaller fighter yet Golovkin also fought the smaller fighter coming up in weight in Canelo and most Golovkin fans kept bragging how he was going to knock out the ginger no problem. Not a lot of people where giving Canelo a chance to pull off the upset and yet we all saw what happened, he made him look ordinary at times and practically killed that boogeyman nonsense(If it makes you feel better I also had Golovkin winning the first fight btw). He cried that Canelo ran too much and what happened in the second fight? Canelo took the fight to him and beat the "Mexican style" out of him, he whooped him bad that Golovkin like Joshua ran away after the fight
You can "claim" and "quote" all the articles you want but that fight was too close to call (I had Canelo winning) and it could've gone either way and unfortunately for Golovkin that L is going to stay on his record. Years from now boxing analysts are going to remember and tell the story how the Canelo beat "The boogeyman" Golovkin. Luckily for Joshua he still has the rematch to try and get a win over Usyk, the same way Golovkin had a second chance to fight Canelo. Finally isn't it funny how Canelo only took less than two years to unify all the belts yet Golovkin had an entire career and just couldn't get it done.

You claiming Canelo and Joshua are protected and manufactured fighters just doesn't add up as much as you would like everyone to believe. Specially with Canelo, his gone and done more than anything Golovkin ever dreamed of achieving. Once he unifies 168 Canelo needs to step up and fight Benavidez or if he goes down he needs to fight Charlo, the same Charlo that's fighting in the same weight class as Golovkin and yet again the "boogeyman" won't even mention him. He rather go and fight in another country against another no hoper, who would have guessed otherwise

I don't really recall anyone touting Wilder like that though. Seems like everyone has said that Wilder has a legit chance vs anyone due to his power, but he will get outboxed by virtually everyone unless and and until that right hand connects clean.
Only a total bum would say Wilder drew that fight. Easy win for Fury. By about 6 points. Wilder won 2 rounds

how do his actions contradict that? he already had 3 of the belts. the wba(promoted to legit champ in 2012 when geale ducked him), ibf from lemiuex unification, wbc when canelo refused to fight him and dropped the belt, and during that period he offered saunders a career high payday when saunders was wbo champ and saunders turned it down. "They are offering life changing money but it's not just about that because it would be a big risk for me." he also previously was signed to fight pirog who was wbo champ and pirog got injured, he also sent an offer to quillin when quillin was wbo champ and he turned it down, and he was also signed to fight lee when lee was wbo champ but ggg's father died so the fight was scrapped. how do his actions contradict that? hiding from who? that statement makes no sense. he had 3 of the 4 belts and clearly tried to get the 4th. what a strange silly comment that is, clearly not based on anything factual.

canelo actually came down in weight to fight ggg. he wasnt coming up. if you think canelo is really smaller than ggg even though he was bigger when he fought ggg and now fights at 168 and 175 i really dont know what to say. prob an anti-vaxxer i would guess? ivermectin anyone?

the same charlo who refused to figh on dazn? oh yeah that one. life is so simple when you ignore pertinent information isnt it? charlo also should have lost to korobov yet murata who has a better resume is a no hoper? literally this is what you are saying "ggg should have fought a guy who its impossible to fight due to that fighters actions" such smart commentary. ivermectin anyone?
