I followed his career and actually posted on the mythos of Canelo's improvements which are NONE. Read all about it here:

23 years old was still practically a boy and when fighting someone like Mayweather that can outbox most fighters even today..
Mayweather had strength of a man at 37 while Canelo was still developing and learning.

George Foreman at 24 with 38 fights knocked out prime Joe Frazier
Muhammad Ali at 22 with only 19 fights knocked out Sonny Liston
Mike Tyson at age 20 became Heavyweight Champion of the World
THAT, is greatness.
Canelo fought a 36 year old Floyd who was 15+lbs lighter than him, and couldn’t win a single round.......
Canelo is a good fighter, but will never be on the level of Ali, Roy Jones, Tyson, Leonard, Duran, Sanchez/Gomez, or May/Pac.
P.S Imagine if Mike Tyson had lost to 36 year old Larry Holmes, and then said “but I was only 21, I was too young........ LOL"
Good information. The crying is getting legendary over Canelo. And I highly doubt any of those men would duck a man named "Doo Doo" Andrade as the fanboys like to call him in a hall of fame undisputed (because this is an automatic add to the boxing hall of fame and legend regardless of the opponent) fight at 160, which is one of the core legacy weights in boxing along with welterweight and heavyweight.Last edited by hhh1200; 05-13-2021, 03:01 AM.

Because they turn pro at 15 in Mexico. Julio Cesar Chavez also had a lot of fights before he came to America.
Canelo wasn't green and I think was even on the P4P list but was definitely not in his prime either.
