Yeah same here man. This is Cotto's come back test. Hopefully he'll pull out all the stops and somehow KO's Clottey in an excellent performance. That would be a huge statement.

I've said this before and I'll say it again. The only way for Cotto to get a fight with Mayweather is by not allowing him the choice. And what I mean by that is he has to notch up victory after victory to make the fans and the Brian Kenny's of the world force Mayweather into fighting him.

If Mayweather has a choice he'll never fight someone like Cotto or Mosley or Marge. That's the yellowbrick road: a fight against Mayweather.

i know bro, but sadly i dont think mayflower got the cojones to fight cotto, what happened before??? remember there was no exit for fraudjr and what he did??? fake retirement. made like 20 excuses and ran he just came back for pac and after that he ll run back to retirement...i hope im wrong but i really doubt him

When has Clottey been officially hurt? He went the distance with
Margarito fighting with a damaged hand/wrist. In the Zab fight he
almost had him down in the 7th and Zab was getting beat so bad
he had to find a way out of the fight. To me that power must have
been a lot to stomach. I think Clottey is being underestimate a lil
in this upcoming fight. Miguel Cotto is indeed a good fighter but
Clottey is durable and has yet to show signs of being hurt in a
fight. He said after the Zab fight "No one has ever hurt me" and
Cotto has yet to effectively hurt or back up a durable WW in a fight
(Mosley/Margarito) with his power. Clottey is bigger and has a longer
reach. If Clottey applies pressure how he is stating then I give him
more than a positive chance of beating Cotto.

Not sure about all of this.

The really good version of Cotto with the boxing skills kicks Clottey's ass.

to tell you the truth is getting old my friend, i dont really care about him but you are the only one that looks bad. Cause my boy got beat but he put his effort and heart into the fight. your boy had to cheat to beat him so that makes me proud of him...he lost the battle but did it fair. what happen to your boy when he got caught and couldnt CHEAT????

That's the thing though, Cotto's chin seems fine. He got hit solid uppercuts from Zab, Mosley, and Margartio and continued to fight. The fact that Cotto was stopped IMO is what makes people think Clottey has a puncher's chance (when in reality he's not that type of puncher).

It all depends too on which Clottey shows up. The defensive Clottey may make it a little more difficult for Cotto to get in, but he'll leave his body exposed too. If Clottey gets on the offensive 1st his best bet would be to tire out Cotto, but Clottey isn't the best conditioned fighter as seen in his past fights.

Cotto only quitto because he was hitto with plaster for 11 rounds

If you're referring to Cotto fans, I think they're doing just fine being their fighter actually has a fight in a few weeks while your tainted hero sits on the sidelines in shame from the majority of the Boxing world.

You tell me who's really wheeping here, Pancho

believe me no one in Cotto's camp is underestimating JC. and your right i have not seen him get hit. so let me ask you this what happened to roy jones the moment he got caught with a good punch??? and to say that cotto's punches didnt hurt Mosley or MargaCheato, you may not have heard what Mosley said after their fight. IF Cotto brings his A game this should be a wide UD, but hey Clottey got two hands too. What about the bet? 30k
