Not that it was bull****. Oscar was a great win. Zab was a decent win. He was lineal champ at 147 even though he got lucky that Baldomir caught Zab on one of his bad nights. Hatton was a good win too. He had a decent run, but I'm just saying he was SO young. If he would have fought 2 top WW's, which isn't asking that much considering how young he was, my god would that resume be stacked.

It's already stacked, and he's already an ATG, but he had the oppurtunity to be more. That's all I'm sayin, and that's why people get annoyed with him. But the haters who act as if he has a **** resume are crazy.

      Whats up welter??

Ok in 2006 and 2007 which welter was better than Floyd?

      I have one more question?
      Since 2006 to the Present
Who is the RING ****zine Ring Champion of the
      Welter Weight Division?

Meaning Who is The current or last undisputed King of the WelterWeight Division?

      The answer is..................(DRUMROLL)

      Vacant.!!

There is no recognize champion at the Welterweight division.
The Last Universally Recognize champion with the RING BELT.

      Floyd Mayweather...

The Ring's titles are all you need to pay attention to. I'm a firm believer that their champions are the only true champions

Nobody knew, nor gave a **** about Floyd until he moved up to welter, so I say WW.

How about his whole career? Why are we trying to change the rules around to make Lil Floyd look good? his legacy is what it is, man. No need to plea for us to give him more credit than what he actually deserves.

if floyd would of fought the best at welterweight. i dont think anybody would disagree is the best welterweight. how come nobody argues about him being great at 130 and 135. would that be because he took out the best?

because most people judge fighters career in parts...
                    Roy jones for example...
Does the Calzaghe and Glen Johnsons loses damage Roy entire career???
of course not... but it is apart of his career.. and most people tend to seperate things like that...

Any, ya know. Not even 2, if he fought Cotto after beating Hatton, he probably would have beaten Cotto. After beating Cotto, who had just beat Mosley, the only other feasible opponent, I don't think anyone would have had an issue. I think he had to take on the best Welterweight in the world, next to himself. I mean, say what you will, but Cotto was such a worthy challenger after he beat Mosley and Floyd beat Hatton. It couldn't have been set up any better.

BUT I don't think he necessarily "needed" Cotto or anything like that. I just think it would have wrapped up his 147 reign in a big way.
