                Yes.....

I do recognize that he had great accomplishments at 130 and 135, but its what u do when u get to that mountain top that counts. Do u stop daring to be great, and take easy street (which is floyd's case). Or do u prove to the world and your fans that you are worthy of that title. Hmmmm?

                  I have one question?
                  Since 2006 to the Present
Who is the RING ****zine Ring Champion of the
                  Welter Weight Division?

Meaning Who id The current or last undisputed King of the WelterWeight Division?

                  The answer is..................(DRUMROLL)

                  Vacant.!!

There is no recognize champion at the Welterweight division.
The Last Universally Recognize champion with the RING BELT.

                  Floyd Mayweather...

The Ring's titles are all you need to pay attention to. I'm a firm believer that their champions are the only true champions

I'm a huge Floyd fan but I can understand why some are disappointed with him.

He accomplished SO MUCH, enough to be a HOF before he even fought Gatti. He did SO much at such a young age, and I honestly feel he could have OWNED the WW division. I would favor him over Cotto,Williams,Marg,Mosley,Clottey, and Berto. Considering how young he was when he went up to WW, he could have dominated that division, and been a top 20 ATG EASY, probably higher.

But he wanted to take some huge money fights and retire, and that's fine, that's his prerogative. I'll still always appreciate the excellence that was his pre 140 pound career. But when you think about what could have been it's easy to get a bit disappointed.
