Chads not all that, he's a less skilled Winky Wright, Hopkins would ruin that kid.

Maybe a 154lb Winky but not a 35yr old, fat version at 170 for the first time in his career.

Because it was boring, I don't think anything would change anyway. I think Hopkins will fight the same way, he can't move forward because it would be the totally wrong style to fight Joe with. I don't want to see a rematch tbh.

these people talking about dawson crack me up, he should fight the guy many thought beat him in glen johnson. Joe C can do WTF he wants he is 37yrs old and wants to retire after this fight so let him.

He fights nothing like Wright, he's alot more active, faster and more powerful. His jab is the only thing similar to Wright.

Wright fights in a shell and jabs you and dismantles you, Dawson goes looking for you.

                I'm down with that.

Calzaghe's smart and he knows he's ****ed in a rematch anyway. I think Bhop finally realized how necessary it was to go out of his comfort zone and really take the fight to his opponents. He admitted he was too long caught up in a defensive frame of mind and that his safety first approach really hurt him in the decisions. He needed to make a statement against Pavlik to prove to the doubters (and I believe most of all to himself) that he can still dominate offensively like he did in the past... and he did. That's why he was so emotional glaring at the press row after that performance because almost everyone else was writing him off as a has been and he reminded everyone what he was all about. To borrow a phrase from his peer Roy Jones, Jr., "y'all must've forgot..." A great win for an old Executioner.

You'd think Calzaghe might gain some respect after last Saturday.

                      Guess not.
