Does anyone still think the old time heavyweights were too small to be competitive in the modern era?

Little Usyk came up from cruiserweight and has beaten Anthony Joshua and Tyson Fury twice. As well as Dubois.

But Jack Dempsey and Joe Louis wouldn’t be able to hang? Come on now.

"Little Usyk", is 6 foot three and 226lbs.
    To answer your question.

Why do you think Usyk added the extra weight to his frame to compete at heavyweight?

Why do you think Michael Moorer,Mike Spinks ,and Evander Holyfield did?

Tyson Fury is 6’ 9” and weighed 281 lbs yesterday.

Which means he outweighed Usyk by a whopping 55 lbs. That still didn’t matter in the end.

Usuy at 220- 227 Lbs at 6'3" with and 78" reach is much bigger than Marcano, Louis, or Dempsey.

        Come on now.

        Much bigger.

Louis was 6'2" with a 76" reach, and the most technically gifted heavyweight we've ever seen. He also dispatched fighters the size of fighters today with relative ease.

Louis had two left feet, was easy to hit, chinny when hit flush and was nothing like Usyk. He is 1 shorter, had 2 inches less reach and fought at a good weight around 20-25 pounds less than Usyk.

He could not deal with a big man who could box, which the heavyweight division is full of from 2000-2025.

The guy is allergic to logic I’m afraid.

In his response he’ll just repeat his point again. Bank on it.

Louis did not have two left feet and was not easy to hit. If he were than why couldn't any of the bigger men he fought beat him? Louis was only stifled by speed, which today's fighters don't have compared to the men that troubled Louis.

Six feet one and a half inches actually, but I have always believed a 6ft plus 200lbs plus man is big enough, IF he is good enough.

Because he wasn't as good as Usyk, therefore the size differential did not make the difference, had they been of equal ability, and speed it might have.
