No, I can't recall ever having seen an all-time P4P Top-10 which includes McFarland. Of the 3 discussed here, Langford seems to be the only one considered a "lock", for a Top-10 placing.

Matt McGrain did a Top-100 a few years ago, where Langford, McFarland and Burley were placed 1st, 19th and 25th, respectively… higher than any other non-champion.

As I mentioned in my other thread, Langford is egregiously overrated. He had a tremendous punch, and was ahead of his time defensivley. But nothing from the available footage suggests he was top 10. Even top 25 is generous. The bit of footage we have of McFarland suggest he was better. As does his record. Would you really rank James Toney over Pernell Whitaker or Miguel Canto?
