i got it mixed up the first report said drugs were a contributing factor and then funnily enough the second one (employed by the family) said they werent... that doesnt change anything that i have spoke about since.

What you have spoke about since makes no sense. Claiming that the belief that a suspect is lying when he says he can't breathe somehow minimizes responsibility for killing him by kneeling on his neck even after he has passed out is a dumb argument.

there are two options, floydy was lying about not being able to breathe, or he was having an acute respiratory episode PRIOR to the restraint... both of them options are relevant to the outcome

That's very different from saying he was actively overdosing. I'm guessing you just made that up.

I already gave you the quotations. That's not what he was doing. He was never trained to use is legs for that purpose, and neck restraints aren't used after a suspect is already cuffed and under control.
