    The 2014 season premiere of ESPN2 Friday Night Fights is now underway, live from the Target Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

    In the main event, 130 lb. titlist Argenis Mendez defends against unbeaten mandatory challenger Rances Barthelemy.

    The televised co-feature is now underway, with local favorite Caleb Truax facing late replacement Ossie Duran in a scheduled 10-round middleweight bout.

        Tough break for Mendez , refs fault , soulda been on top of it. Rances was in the moment , prob didn't even hear the bell.... Rances woulda won anyway ...

          As much as i'd hate to steal this moment from Rances, the fight should be a no contest if not one but two of the punches that koed mendez were AFTER the bell.

                    Me, too. I mean, I thought Bart would win, but not like that. Rances was throwing some sizzling shots in there. I don't think I've ever seen him throw such sharp punches. I think the KO will stand. Great fucking job!
