          Mentally. Conquer your fears.


          Listen !an I habe been through a lot of obstacles in life, wanted to just quit but don't.

          You'll survive learn and grow




          Physically ? I always liked to run and hike. Never was into lifting weights ( I have but eh )


          I was a bad person early in my life (I'm turning 39 January 11th)


          Lost a lot.


          Gained much more (minus Wilma )


          You learn and you grow.





          Still not giving up my booze though.

              Mentally: Meditation. Keep a positive mind, negativity is for the mentally weak. I also started playing Chess again, that helps.

              Physically: Lift heavy weights, go on long runs. Eat well. Very straightforward stuff my man.

              Anything thar strengthens you physically will also make you stronger mentally and vice versa.

              Mind and body go hand in hand.

                Planks
                Burpees
                Water

                With the mind healthy diet plenty of fresh water and decent sleeping habits....also enforce positive thinking in all situations and help others where possible
