Anything thar strengthens you physically will also make you stronger mentally and vice versa.

Mind and body go hand in hand.

Mentally: Surround yourself with people that have your back and your best interest in mind. That'll keep your stress levels down. Also, believe in yourself. Take the time to take care of yourself by eating properly, proper rest and involving yourself in things that you enjoy. Mental health can be extremely tricky. A lot of people over emphasize money, work, wife/gf as things that produce anxiety and stress. Learn to balance things in a way to where you don't stress out over things you cannot control.

Physically: It starts with being mentally fit to have the will to change yourself. Sure working out, lifting weights will get you stronger, but you also have to have plenty of rest and eat properly. Resting your body for recovery very vital. Try supplements like Zinc and Magnesium to aid you in that area. Also depending on your age, those variable 100% dictate your growth and overall body development.

Just embrace yourself as you are. Weak is the new strong.

As obvious as most of it sounds everyone's giving great advice. In particular like Willy said physically is just science eat well work hard push your body and that will also help confidence which helps mental strength. Wish someone had told me that a good few years sooner than I realised lol.

Best way to gain physical strength is weight lifting. Low reps (5-6) and high weight. Builds muscles and with it strength quickly.

                      Keep it simple:

Work legs two days a week and upper body three.

                      Upper body
                      Curls
                      Press
                      Bench press
                      lat pull down
                      Row
                      Upright row
                      Crunches

                      Lower body
                      Squats
                      Leg extensions
                      Leg curls
                      Calf raises

Heavy weights and low reps with multiple sets are the key.

                      Mentally?
Decide on a degree path and start taking courses toward it. Even one course a semester to start is fine. Then build to more as you gain confidence.

Follow this course of action and you will wake up one morning at some point in your future with a super strong body and a college degree.
