        I believe the 2nd ********* is for armed militias and armed resistance (foreign or domestic)

        So carrying an ar or ak

        That should be covered by 2a.

        Now carrying concealed for self defense, I support it but I dont think it covered by 2a.

                      According to the news this morning, the shooter had PTSD, whent in for mental evaluation and was not deemed a threat to himself or anyone else.

                      Looks like that evaluation was waaayyyyyy off.

                      What will it take for people to realize the gun is not the problem?
