Deion Sanders vs. Darelle Revis

Deion was a great corner who had problems tackling, he usually just pushes the WR out of bounds. Any slot receiver will give him trouble. As a "vertical corner" he's the greatest of all time.

Revis in my view is more balanced because he can play all the corner positions and he can tackle. A few more great years and he's projected to surpass Deion Sanders. So the potential is there.

Revis is the better shutdown corner, but Deion was more than just a shutdown corner. He was a solid receiver, an amazing returner, and an entertainer.

But as far as who is the better shutdown corner, it's Revis, imo.


But Deion is the better overall player.

Yeah Revis is a great player but he didnt even get a pick last season i dont think? Prime could cover half the field, return kicks and play offence. Leave it a few years for Revis.
